His approach is observant, loyal and highly responsive, particularly where biscuits are involved. Skip believes that people perform at their best when they feel supported, appreciated and given occasional permission to step away from work. He therefore takes an active interest in wellbeing walks, outdoor meetings and ensuring that unnecessarily serious working days are kept to a minimum. Outside his formal duties, Skip enjoys countryside walks, monitoring local wildlife, supervising household activity and securing the most comfortable available seat. Despite carrying the full name Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus, he has shown no sustained interest in Roman military strategy and generally answers only to Skip.
